          Kingdom Europa, proclaimed in early July 2014, was previously called the Kingdom of East Europe from 24 May 2005. 

          The Royal Sovereign of the Kingdom Europa is His Imperial Majesty King Roman I, who first inherited the Grand Duchy Lithuania in 1967. He is Royal Sovereign of the Kingdom Europa.

          Kingdom Europa comprises the Grand Duchy Lithuania, with Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, and Latvia (formerly Courland & Livonia).

          Kingdom Europa is a Kingdom in Exile and King Roman the Monarch in Exile

          As Monarch in Exile, King Roman has legal rights under International Law to continue to conduct affairs of the Kingdom.

          As Monarch in Exile, His Imperial Majesty seeks support in similar fashion to fellow royal King James I & VI, who introduced the order of Baronet for men in 1611 to fund his Ulster project, with requests for donors for Noble Titles and also Diplomatic Appointments to fund charitable and special projects. 

          Any bequests are most welcome in the circumstances of Exile.
